About this lesson
In this lesson, you will learn specific techniques for working effectively with English-speaking individuals. We will cover how to handle common business situations such as making requests to your boss, giving instructions to subordinates, providing feedback, negotiating with clients or colleagues and many more. Through repeated role-plays and discussions, you will practice strategies for managing a variety of real-world business scenarios.
