About Counseling
If you feel uncertain about which subjects to take or feel like your current learning journey lacks direction, you're not alone. Many learners struggle to identify specific areas for improvement, choose the most suitable lessons, or establish how to study effectively.
Our instructors will work with you to assess your current situation, recommend the best and most suitable next steps, and guide you on how to use My Brighture to reach your goals. A detailed counseling summary will be sent to you within 48 hours of your session.
Sample Email Feedback
Lesson Flow:

Interview (about 15 minutes)
An opening interview-style conversation will be conducted to evaluate your general listening and speaking proficiency.

Reading activity (about 10 minutes)
You will be given a brief reading task with questions to measure your reading proficiency.

Pronunciation activity (about 5 minutes)
You will be asked to read a short passage aloud to evaluate your pronunciation and fluency.

Feedback (about 10 minutes)
The teacher will provide feedback on your performance and recommend ways to enhance your study habits.

Q＆A（about 5 minutes）
The teacher will answer your questions related to learning English and provide helpful explanations when needed.

Sending of Feedback
After the session, a summary of our feedback and study recommendations will be sent to your email.
